About the Position

As a key member of our reservations and customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and travel agents, while also driving sales and upselling our products. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Answering questions about our tours and services, showcasing your expertise and passion for travel
  • Assisting clients and travel agents with reservations via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience

  • Collaborating with the Rome team to resolve last-minute issues, including ticketing, transfers, and client communication
