Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Provide positive and approachable customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.

Merchandise Management:

Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.

Transaction Processing:

Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Safety and Security:

Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety and security protocols.

Additional Duties:

Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including but not limited to, processing freight, recovering merchandise, and assisting with visual merchandising.

Position Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.

Experience:

Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Availability:

Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule or part-time to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Exposure to Dust and Extreme Temperatures:

Exposure to dust and extreme temperatures while unloading trailers.

Scheduled Work Hours:
