Design Works Gaming is looking for an experienced and determined Technical Compliance Specialist to join our Team in Scottsdale! How you'll grow... As a Technical Compliance Specialist at DWG you will be responsible for product compliance/certifications in our existing markets and new regulated markets for iGaming, along with providing support to various stakeholders for internal and external product compliance queries. You will be the point of contact to coordinate between independent testing laboratories and regulatory authorities, and other departments such as Product, Games, Commercial, and QA at DWG for product certifications, jurisdiction approvals, and audits.   • Coordinate and monitor compliance for iGaming products in North American and European jurisdictions
  • Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with Independent Test Labs and governmental bodies for approvals and to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements for various jurisdictions
  • Work closely with the independent testing laboratories to ensure issues are addressed and certificates are issued on time
  • Be the subject matter expert on iGaming compliance and act as a resource for various internal teams
  • Analyze compliance standards in existing and potentially new markets, providing insight to the Commercial and Product Teams
  • Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of product compliance processes and procedures
  • Manage and be the point person on quarterly and annual audits for various jurisdictions as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with technical documentation and analyzing regulations/laws
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Experience as a subject level expert in a legal or compliance field
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Monday, Salesforce
  • Ability to multi-task on several different projects
  • Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand code
  • Analytical and technical ability
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Experience with international and regional standards like ISO-27001 and GDPR
