Key Responsibilities:
As an Online Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer questions and concerns through live chat in real-time
- Helping users reset passwords, find their orders, and manage subscriptions
- Following saved replies and help center guides to resolve issues quickly
- Flagging technical bugs or billing questions for senior agents
- Maintaining a calm and helpful tone in all messages
- Summarizing and tagging each case before closing it out
