The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via live chat and email with precision and care. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels
