Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring customers receive exceptional service that is both kind and quick, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
  • Handling customer payments and operating the cash register during shifts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assisting with the merchandising process, including restocking tasks, display setups, and maintaining store signage and displays.
  • Contributing to the efficient management and organization of retail inventory, ensuring that products are readily available for customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer experience.
