Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work From Home Technology Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you will need:

  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Work From Home Location Requirements

This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex work at home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
