Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to join our Store Mechanization and Development team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing a framework of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define metrics, design and implement data pipelines and dashboards, and report progress towards our objectives on a regular basis. This is a full-time remote position based in Bentonville, Arkansas, with a competitive salary range of $20-30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and analyze business issues within your domain, challenge assumptions, and develop recommendations to address these issues

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines and dashboards
• Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Proven experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Looker or Tableau
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, or deep learning
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as arenaflex Web Services or arenaflex Azure
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security
