The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing helpful and professional support while gathering necessary information. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to provide exceptional support and resolve issues

What We're Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
