Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients visiting the American Express Centurion Parlor at IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support and service that exceeds our clients' expectations. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize the Client's First approach to understand clients' requirements and preferences
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet clients' needs
- Collaborate with food and beverage partners to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Provide travel counseling and assistance with reservations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Essential Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
- Experience in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to listen actively and respond to clients' needs in a timely and effective manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks
