Key Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products and services
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as necessary
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services where appropriate to meet customer needs
  • Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence

Salary and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour

  • Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled around business requirements
  • Opportunities for remote work (dependent upon requirements)

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Flexible availability to accommodate shift work
