What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Specialist Part-time, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing basic data entry and keying activities with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Working independently to complete assigned tasks, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Navigating between two applications effectively, ensuring seamless data transfer and management
  • Cutting and pasting data from one field to another as needed, maintaining data integrity and consistency
  • Communicating via email to coordinate with team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to use an email system, including sending and receiving emails, and managing email attachments
  • Proficiency in navigating two applications, with a strong understanding of data management and transfer
  • Capable of cutting and pasting data accurately, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity
  • Availability for part-time hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
