Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our night shift team (5pm - 1:30am). As a key member of our data processing team, you'll be responsible for gathering data from various reports and documents, organizing and entering information into spreadsheets or internal systems with accuracy, and ensuring consistency and integrity of the information you work with. Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from various reports and documents, including but not limited to: + Financial reports + Sales reports + Customer data + Market research

• Organize and enter information into spreadsheets or internal systems with accuracy, ensuring consistency and integrity of the data.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and improve workflows, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Proactively identify any inconsistencies or gaps in the data and flag them for resolution, working closely with team members to resolve issues and ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data entry processes and procedures.

What Will Make You Successful

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Advanced English communication skills

– both written and verbal (C1 Level). You'll be working with a global team, and clear communication is essential.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

. You'll be working with sensitive data, and accuracy is paramount.

Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets

. You'll be using these tools to organize and enter data, so experience is a must.

Experience working in remote teams or multicultural environments
