• Utilize our bespoke platform alongside your personal network to discover promising healthcare candidates
• Engage with potential candidates to introduce opportunities with MLR and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruitment team for comprehensive screenings
• Maintain relationships with leads to nurture interest and navigate them through the hiring process
• Keep our applicant tracking system updated and accurate
• Earn commissions based on meetings established, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your leads
