Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, approval, and root cause analysis on data components.
• Helping to create and convey results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
• Assisting with examining ad-hoc requests arising from emerging support issues and providing insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibility.
• Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
• Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the information requirements.
• Recognizing irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group.
• Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensuring that a compliance outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Involved capacity to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy.

• Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate thoughts and present written, verbally, or presentations delivered to groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting measurements.
• Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred.
• Ability to figure out the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support/group-oriented environment.
• Ability to focus on responsibilities successfully and be an autonomous self-starter.
• Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
• Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
