Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our company every single day. You'll be part of a team-oriented environment that's full of friendly people who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. We're looking for individuals who are highly motivated, flexible, and adventurous, with the ability to work independently to solve unique problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email support

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules available during our customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
