Job Summary
As a Sr. Analyst in our Workforce Activities and Operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving labor force activities across our stores. You will work closely with our store managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement
- Direct and manage the work of a team of analysts and other partners
- Regularly report to the Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, operations, or analytics
- 3+ years of work experience in a related field, preferably in retail or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling
- Experience driving high-performing teams and leading projects
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Experience working in a retail or operations environment
- Strong knowledge of business operations, including labor force activities and store operations
- Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive results and meet deadlines
