The Role We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and support the execution and automation of email marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands. In this hands‑on role, you'll work with cutting‑edge AI tools to drive efficiency, personalization, and results in email marketing, while gaining deep exposure to high‑performance e-commerce environments. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid foundation in email marketing and looking to grow their career by leveraging AI‑driven solutions. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, based on experience and availability. However, reliability, proactive communication, and a strong work ethic are non‑negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing AI‑enhanced email marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands using Klaviyo.
  • Support the setup of automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the senior team to implement AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Manage and maintain email lists and segmentation to ensure precise targeting and healthy list performance.
  • Support reporting and analysis of key campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Help maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution aligned with brand goals and promotional schedules.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and engaging campaign output.

Skills & Experience

  • Hands‑on email marketing experience, preferably in an e‑commerce or digital marketing setting.
  • Mandatory experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign building.
  • Mandatory experience with AI tools used in marketing (e.g., for copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalization).
  • Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and apply data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for persuasive, brand‑aligned copy.
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to professional growth and delivering results.
