Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk on our remote team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Processing inbound receiving data accurately and timely, with a focus on attention to detail and high-quality results.
  • Providing clerical support and payroll assistance to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the daily entry of receiving data into our database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reconciling physical receipt of tickets against the database, identifying any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
  • Analyzing reports to identify missing tickets, and taking steps to resolve these issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Saving electronic tickets to specified folders, ensuring that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Inputting and/or validating producer payroll data, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience with arenaflex Excel and 10-key typing.
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills, with a focus on attention to detail and high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Good listening skills and a positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Nice-to-Haves

While the following qualifications are not required, they would be a definite plus in this role:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and insights from data.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and administration, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process payroll data.
