Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
• Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently.
• Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
• Collaborating with our customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week + A reliable internet connection is a must
