Remote HR Assistant – Entry Level, WFH

Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level, work-from-home position is ideal for candidates eager to begin their career in HR, offering hands-on experience with day-to-day HR operations and administrative support. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, and facilitating smooth communication within the HR department. Key Responsibilities

  • * Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • * Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • * Help manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheet tracking.
  • * Coordinate internal communications and distribute HR-related information and announcements.
  • * Assist in preparing HR reports and documents for management review.
  • * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely manner.
  • * Support payroll administration by gathering necessary information and documentation.
  • * Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR functions.
  • * Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • * Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
  • * Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • * Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.
  • * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience
  • * No prior professional HR experience required; internships or relevant coursework in HR are beneficial.
  • * Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a virtual workspace.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • * Standard working hours aligned with the companys operational time zone; occasional availability for meetings or training sessions may be required.
