Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and ticket support, resolving customer concerns and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow a written workflow to ensure consistency and efficiency in customer support
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices in customer support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to work weekends, with a minimum of 4 hours per weekend

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with top-tier brands or companies in the tech industry

  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools, including CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
