Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from customers with empathy and professionalism, providing accurate information and clear explanations regarding products and services.
• Listening attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and guiding customers through processes and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Documenting all customer interactions with detail and accuracy, and collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Utilizing computer systems and multiple applications to navigate and resolve customer issues.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services, and to improve customer service skills.
