About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication will enable you to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to ensure data quality and integrity
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and data visualization software
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise writing and presentation skills
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
• Experience assembling presentations for partners and leaders and collaborating with all levels of management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex queries

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Experience with advanced data analysis techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools, such as Informatica or Talend
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex queries
