Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our online customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines
  • Processing orders and returns, including handling refunds and exchanges
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, while ensuring that their needs are met
  • Gathering customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Availability to work flexible hours around your school schedule, with a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues
