Your expertise will enable the seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and optimized workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, ensuring that the Salesforce platform evolves in alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and web services to streamline business processes.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to uphold best practices and maintain high-quality standards within the development team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT development
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and ETL processes related to Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to Salesforce deployments.
