Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing personalized support to customers, including answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering solutions
  • Working with customers to resolve issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and communication

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
  • A valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
  • The ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting (as required by arenaflex and safety regulations)
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
