Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
- Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues.
- Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone—no sales required.
- Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need.

Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
- Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.
- Thrives in a remote work setting with a stable work history, and is passionate about providing outstanding service.
- Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles is preferred.
- Holds a high school diploma or GED and is authorized to work in the United States.
- Can be flexible for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages—because our customers count on us when it matters most.
