Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
