Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Guest Services Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a virtual assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring that their stay is nothing short of amazing. Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
- Leveraging AI tools, including ChatGPT, to deliver personalized and engaging guest experiences
- Communicating with guests and vendors via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Screening potential guests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional service and support
- Writing and responding to guest reviews on various platforms
- Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
- Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficient in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work in CST and Eastern United States time zones
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the short-term rental industry
- Knowledge of business financials/accounting
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations
- Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
- Experience with writing and responding to guest reviews
