Remote Executive Assistant Role

In this role, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and C-suite team, facilitating seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications. Your organizational skills will be critical in maintaining executive focus and a smooth organizational flow. You will manage sensitive information and play a key role in initiatives that influence the success of the organization. This remote position encourages you to contribute actively while having the flexibility to work from various locations. Accountabilities

  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, attending to logistics, capturing meeting minutes, and following up on assigned action items.
  • Keep the CEO apprised of time-sensitive issues and help ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Complete a variety of special projects, including preparing presentations, reports, and agenda material.
  • Respond to and help prioritize meeting invitations, phone calls, messages, and other communications.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
  • Main duties include maintaining confidentiality by managing sensitive records and documents for executives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack or Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with good problem-solving abilities.
