People Analytics Program Manager (Remote Eligible)

We're looking for a People Analytics Program Manager to lead data analysis to understand, provide recommendations, and improve the employee experience at Smartsheet. You have a history of data analysis using employee data and presenting technical analyses to non-technical audiences. You will be an important part of our People & Culture team and will report to our People Operations & Strategy Director. You Will:

• Partner across the People & Culture team to provide data and analyses that encourage better decision making and outcomes
• Shape people metrics
• Manage a variety of employee life-cycle touch points, including direct ownership of employee surveys (onboarding, exit, and engagement)
• Work directly with data from data cleansing, analysis, and presentation to People Leaders and internal partners
• Lead the design and preparation of both scheduled and ad hoc reporting through our HRIS (Workday)
• Provide leadership to design reporting aligned to our needs
• Be an expert advisor to leaders on employee data

You Have:

• Knowledge of HR, analytics, and overall SaaS business
• Data and visualization skills, specifically related to working with employee datasets to glean trends and analysis
• Experienced in delivering and presenting analyses and results to a varied audience
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python, SQL, SPSS, etc.)
• Experience with Workday and Greenhouse
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, social sciences, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of customer-facing business analyst or consulting experience
