Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into our systems utilizing a constant flow of images, ensuring precision and efficiency in data handling.
  • Classify document types based on provided documentation to ensure precise data handling and maintain the integrity of our data management systems.
  • Review and validate data to uphold quality standards, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies as needed.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and comply with HIPAA regulations concerning Personal Health Information (PHI), ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive data.
  • Collaborate professionally with colleagues as necessary, maintaining open communication and a positive working relationship.
  • Propose enhancements for workflow efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of our data management processes.
  • Complete daily assignments prior to concluding your workday, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
