Key Responsibilities

  • Process credit card and e-check payments, handle customer disputes, and perform updates to invoices, violation payments, customer payments, or accounts to keep demographic, vehicle, and credit card information current.
  • Accurately document all updates on the Back Office System (BOS) and maintain pertinent logs, records, and files.
  • Demonstrate a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services or products to clients, the general public, and other external customers.
  • Exhibit professional image in a teamwork environment, interacting well and in a positive manner with customers, co-workers, and management.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish fluently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent attendance history and a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a customer service call center or retail customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Above-average verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook and proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
