Job Overview The position is for a Senior IT Talent Recruiter at OPTION, a company focused on enhancing its Cultura & Talento area. This role caters to those passionate about IT recruitment who are looking to go beyond traditional interview processes. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates while fulfilling organizational goals. Position Objective The primary goal of this position is to autonomously manage the selection process of technology talent. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for our internal and external clients. The recruiter will be responsible for ensuring a fulfilling entry experience and optimizing the efficiency of the recruitment processes by effectively utilizing digital platforms. They essentially act as the strategic link between clients and the best technology talent available in the market. Key Functions and Responsibilities 1. Strategic Client Management

  • Establish a direct relationship with Commercial, Delivery, and Client areas, managing requests independently.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings to gather requirements and ensure proper storage of information in the internal ATS.
  • Negotiate critical aspects with clients, including talent availability, start dates, and adjustments to profiles.

2. Recruitment, Selection, and Evaluation (End-to-End)

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job postings and active searching to psychological interviews, technical coordination, and report generation.
  • Prepare candidate CVs (with support from sourcing and automation tools), send offer letters, and confirm closures.
  • Oversee the internal ATS processes in Manatal, from opening the position to administrative closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements: Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years in recruiting IT profiles such as Data Engineers, Developers, Architects, and DevOps roles.

Education:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proven expertise in IT recruiting strategies and competence-based interviews using the STAR model.
  • Advanced knowledge of ATS and ERPs.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and manage accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of business needs for effective negotiation with clients and departmental leaders.
  • Soft skills such as proactivity, assertive communication, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach are essential.
