Job Title: Remote Inside Sales Representative (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise or similar platforms Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Central Time Our Client: Our client is a U.S.-based pet care company providing in-home, one-on-one grooming services to families who want a calmer, more thoughtful experience for their pets. Their business is growing steadily, and while they continue improving systems and processes, they care deeply about doing things the right way—for customers, pet groomers, and support team. Inside sales plays an important role here, helping pet owners understand their services and feel confident in choosing them. They value clear communication, consistency, and people who take pride in supporting a high-quality service, even as the business continues to evolve. Job Overview: The inside sales rep is our initial face with new prospects. As prospects reach out by phone, text, social media, or website inquiry, the inside sales rep engages the prospects, follows a discovery process to identify the prospect’s needs, understand their pet(s) needs and provide them with pricing and scheduling opportunities. The sales rep will communicate with the scheduling team to understand where our biggest priorities and needs and prioritize those needs while trying to be as responsive as possible to inquiries. Unlike scheduling for a brick and mortar location or for calls on a person’s schedule, placing appointments on mobile grooming routes is significantly more complicated, balancing minimizing drive time, while also taking into account different groomers’ efficiencies, what else is on the groomer’s schedule for the day (can’t all be huge dogs), etc. This role therefore is important and integral to our overall operation and can impact overall efficiency and success. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, and online inquiries (through a centralized system)
• Qualify prospects and ask thoughtful questions to understand their pet’s needs
• Follow a proven sales process while still sounding human and friendly
• Price services accurately and explain them clearly
• Coordinate with our U.S.-based schedulers to confirm availability and find an appropriate place on our routes
• Light follow-up with unconverted or past customers
• Occasionally offer premium upgrades (we don’t hard-sell)

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or phone-based customer service
• Confident with phone conversations and objection handling
• Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
• Knowledge of grooming or familiarity with dog breeds is definitely beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
