The Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while answering inbound phone calls and supporting arenaflex's valued clients. You will develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop skills to assist with complex customer calls
• Connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network
• Explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center
• Gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers
• Learn about the financial services industry and apply new concepts
• Study for and obtain your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by arenaflex

What to Expect

As a new CRA, you will embark on a three-phase journey that will supercharge your early career growth: 1. Licensing Preparation: In the first months, you will prepare to become a FINRA-registered representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses. arenaflex will provide paid study time and access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops. 2. Skill Development: In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network. 3. Proficiency: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.

• Aptitude and dedication to complete the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 exams through our industry-leading licensing program
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and dedication to studying and applying new concepts

• Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions, and conversations

Work Environment and Culture

arenaflex blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a arenaflex office.
