Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry II, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through fast and accurate order processing, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Serve as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, such as pricing, products, scheduling, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
  • Interact with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
  • Perform a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies.
  • Work with the Invoicing Team to complete tasks such as daily sorting of printed invoices, mailing of printed invoices, scanning of invoices, and emailing needed scanned invoices to customers.
  • Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site.

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or related position.
  • High school/Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry II, you'll also be responsible for:

  • Working with the Invoicing Team to complete tasks such as daily sorting of printed invoices, mailing of printed invoices, scanning of invoices, and emailing needed scanned invoices to customers.
  • Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site.
