Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach
  • Following conversation prompts and scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in handling different topics
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
  • Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise
  • Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile when possible
  • Maintaining accurate, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database
  • Attending educational seminars and workshops to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meeting or exceeding personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

To succeed as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
  • A proven track record of over-achievement on quotas and targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills
  • Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices
  • An empathetic customer focus, with the ability to manage many different personality types
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • A high school degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with arenaflex's products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's CRM system and call center software
