Communicate complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal stakeholders. Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy in analysis. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics and technology to inform and improve data analysis processes. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols. Participate in client meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Mentor and train junior data analysts on technical skills and industry best practices. Maintain a strong understanding of IQVIA's products and services and how they can be leveraged to support client needs. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of data analytics tools and processes. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
