Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist and Quality Control Professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our documentation and data entry processes. You will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, investigating discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
