Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and flexible Chat Moderator to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a part-time, remote position, you'll be responsible for moderating our Discord server, enforcing community guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service to our users. Key Responsibilities:

* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.

• Delete messages that violate our community guidelines and rules.
• Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our community guidelines and rules.
• Mute users who have violated our community guidelines and rules.
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines and rules.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with our community guidelines and rules, ensuring that you're aware of any changes or updates.

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Discord and community management principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience as a community manager or moderator, preferably in a Discord or online community setting.

• Knowledge of community guidelines and rules development, implementation, and enforcement.
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
