Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of insurance and financial planning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer-Focused Sales: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide expert guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the agent and other team members to achieve sales and marketing goals, share best practices, and provide support to ensure exceptional customer service.
