Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed arenaflex's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver high-quality customer service to our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and team organizations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable service
  • Update records and note systems as required to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, serving as a resource to customers and providing expert guidance and support
  • Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors, and insurance adjusters regarding property damage claims, resolving customer inquiries and delivering timely and accurate solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and loyalty

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
