Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the front-liner in our chat support system, addressing customer inquiries with precision and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in dynamic live chat interactions with customers, addressing their queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Recommending technical solutions to customers, from troubleshooting common platform glitches to guiding users through our product's features.
  • Maintaining and elevating customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall customer support process.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Eligibility to work within the U.S. and a minimum age of 18 years.
  • A functional device (could be a phone, laptop, or tablet) that can effectively run chat software, complemented by a stable internet connection.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is crucial, as you will be communicating with customers through live chat.
  • A commitment to be available for at least 10 hours weekly, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours based on demand.
