Key Responsibilities:
As a Level 1 Chat Support Associate, your main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email. You'll also collaborate with an international team to deliver exceptional support and help our customers achieve their goals. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with an international team to deliver exceptional support and resolve customer issues
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through online communication channels
- Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or subject matter experts as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Job Details:
* Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements:
+ Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection + Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers + A quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Skills/Background:
+ These are beginner-level live chat positions, so comprehensive training is provided + No prior paid live chat experience is required + Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
