Job Responsibilities

As a Live Sales Chat Representative for Life Science Solutions at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process
  • Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing high-level customer service excellence through our digital platforms, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive
  • Triage web-based sales leads and directing customers to appropriate selling resources, ensuring that their needs are met and that sales opportunities are maximized
  • Logging opportunities in Salesforce.com for tracking and follow-up, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in the principles and practices of biotechnology and life sciences
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer service or telephone support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment, with the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
