What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Conducting research to provide answers to customers' questions and resolve their issues.
  • Making recommendations of products or services to close sales and meet customers' needs.
  • Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture.
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience.
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent work experience.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues.
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps).
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in.
