Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain complex data solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to deliver high-quality data products that meet the needs of our customers
• Undertake the preprocessing of structured and unstructured data to ensure data quality and integrity
• Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions in the cloud, leveraging dimensional and graph data modeling techniques
• Participate in internal projects and initiatives, experimenting with and learning new technologies to stay at the forefront of industry trends
• Deliver on timeline commitments, building trust and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strike a balance between critical thinking and hands-on analysis, leveraging research mindset to structure projects from idea to implementation
• Be a driven and focused self-starter, with exceptional follow-through and a passion for tackling complex challenges

Required

+ Must have designed, developed, and supported a complex software solution + Proficient in SQL, with a good understanding of dimensional and multidimensional data modeling + Experience with graph, transactional, and operational data modeling is a plus + Familiarity with all stages of the product development cycle, including defect tracking, design reviews, and testing + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision + A pragmatic, product-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality data products that meet customer needs

Preferred

+ Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery + Familiarity with data science tools and technologies, such as Python, R, or Tableau + Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including entity-relationship diagrams and data normalization + Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or D3.js
