Job Overview

We are seeking career-minded, client-driven individuals who are passionate about providing top-tier customer assistance. As a Resolution Coordinator, Contact Center Operations at arenaflex, you will be responsible for presenting a high level of service to our clients, stores, and partners via phone, chat, and email. Your application will be considered for various roles, including Goal Facilitator I, II, and III, based on your experience, evaluation results, and position availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners while navigating various systems to support responding to questions and resolving issues.
  • Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all suitable resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be reliable, solid, issue-tackle, act with integrity, and be dedicated to making an impact.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of obligatory training.
  • Customer support experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
